Acceptance

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

These terms apply to your use of divinadoll.shop and to any order you place. If anything here does not work for you, please email us before ordering — we are happy to clarify, and you should not proceed if you disagree.

Eligibility

Adults only — 18+ everywhere we ship.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that purchase and possession of bionic companions are lawful where you live.

What we offer

Curated companions, made to order.

Divina Doll lists hand-finished companions from independent ateliers. We collect the order, broker production with the atelier, handle shipping, and provide aftercare support.

Curation

We select the houses and the pieces ourselves.

Production

Made-to-order over the lead time stated on each product.

Logistics

Discreet packing, signature on delivery, full insurance.

Aftercare

Direct email support, no outsourced help desk.

Your end

Accurate info, lawful use, respect for the work.

You agree to provide an accurate shipping address, to comply with local law on receipt, and to use the companion lawfully. You may not resell our photography, copy our product texts, or claim our work as your own.

Payment

Charged at order. Invoiced once.

Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe. Prices shown include applicable VAT in supported markets; duties on international shipments are the recipient's responsibility (and disclosed before checkout).

Cancellations

See the returns policy — short version below.

Within 14 days of order you may cancel for any reason. After day 14 the atelier has committed materials and we move to exchanges rather than refunds. Manufacturing defects on arrival are repaired or replaced.

Intellectual property

Theirs stays theirs. Ours stays ours.

Each atelier retains rights to its sculpts, mold tooling and product photography. Divina Doll retains rights to its brand, the storefront, and original written content.

Liability

We stand behind our work — within reasonable limits.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any order is the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms — but not retroactively.

We may revise these terms going forward; any change applies only to orders placed after the update. The version that governs your order is the one shown on this page on the day you ordered.
